Assistant Store Manager

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who brings leadership, hustle, and team spirit to everything they do. The role works closely with the Store Manager to deliver results, coach the team, and create a fast‑paced, fun shopping experience.

• Staffing: shift management, leading others
• Customer service: keeps the customer top priority
• Delivery Results: inventory control and selling strategies
• Merchandising: meet visual standards, floor moves, game‑planning and execution

• Leadership and the ability to coach others
• Clear and confident communication
• Detail oriented and enthusiastic attitude
• Basic digital device and online application usage
• Growth mindset and outgoing personality

• Minimum 3 years experience in clothing retail
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead position
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sports enthusiast preferred

Required to stand, walk, talk or hear, and use hands to manipulate objects; ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires working in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and ladders.

Hourly: $18.00 - $23.00
