Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Technician to support safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance operations across our facility. This hands‑on role focuses on performing industrial mechanical maintenance to keep equipment, machinery, and facility systems operating efficiently in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

• Perform mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery, including belts, bearings, hydraulics, and related components
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery as needed
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Support facility maintenance activities as assigned, including general upkeep and snow removal
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies

• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school certification or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Heavy machinery repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access

• 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills
