Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a dependable Sample Prep Technician to support laboratory and production operations within the Thermal Destruction Department. This hands‑on role focuses on preparing, weighing, processing, and documenting material samples while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in support of safe and efficient operations.

What You Will Do- Weigh and prepare material samples for processing and analysis
- Accurately record measurements and data in tracking systems
- Support grinding, blending, and size reduction activities
- Assist with sample inventory management and organization
- Maintain clean work areas, equipment, and tools to prevent contamination
- Follow all safety standards, quality requirements, and PPE protocols
- Stand, walk, and lift materials up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math skills, including measurement and conversions
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift in a production or laboratory environment
- Comfort working in areas with heat, dust, and noise
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Team oriented, reliable, and safety focused
- Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills
