Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands-on Department Team Lead - Granulation to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations within our Granulation Department. This role provides on-the-floor leadership, supports daily production activities, and reinforces safety, quality, and environmental standards in a fast-paced materials recovery environment.

- Lead day-to-day granulation operations to meet production, safety, and quality goals
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members during daily operations
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and accurately record departmental metrics using Excel and internal systems
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with process and product standards
- Oversee proper processing, separation, and staging of materials
- Champion FIFO practices to maintain accurate material flow
- Identify training needs and support skill development within the team
- Maintain compliance with internal documentation, ISO standards, and operating procedures
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in manufacturing, recycling, or material recovery preferred
- Proven team lead or leadership experience required
- Forklift experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 1:30PM to 10PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills
