Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands-on Department Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations within our Granulation Department. This day shift role provides frontline leadership, drives production performance, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced processing environment.

• Lead day-to-day Granulation operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and production targets
• Supervise, coach, and develop department leads and frontline teams
• Coordinate resources and workflows to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
• Monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational goals

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or processing
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel; data analytics experience is a plus

• Day shift, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills
