IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated D365 Systems Lead to support our client in the Greater Philadelphia Region in the construction and materials industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a recently implemented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system, driving optimization, integration, and serving as a critical liaison across IT, accounting, operations, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements- 2+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or equivalent ERP experience)
- 3+ years project management experience
- Experience with enterprise software implementation and post-go-live stabilization
- Experience with D365 integrations with third-party systems (Salesforce, Power Platform)
- Executive-level communication skills
- Finance and Supply Chain module knowledge
- PMP certification
- Lead D365 implementation enhancements and stabilization
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment
- Own D365 ↔ Salesforce integration efforts
- Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations
- Serve as primary D365 owner internally
The base pay range for this position is $140,000 – $200,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
