This position plays a pivotal role in supporting safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing operations. You will design, implement, and sustain automation and control systems across production and facility equipment.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with long-term system improvement. You will modify and develop PLC logic, configure HMI and SCADA systems, support commissioning and startup activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime and performance.

The Role- Design, implement, and support PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems
- Lead complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system optimization
- Support equipment introduction, commissioning, and automation upgrades
- Ensure automation systems align with GMP and change control expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, or similar)
- 3-5+ years of automation experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong PLC programming experience with confident troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working independently and owning automation performance
