CMMS Engineer, InfraOps Availability; AWS

Overview

Amazon Data Services, Inc. owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The CMMS Engineer will serve as a system master expert within Amazon data center region, designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions to address operational challenges. This role requires effective contributions as well as the ability to work within multi‑disciplinary teams, owning the process from start to finish with deploying the EAM platform in your data center region and supporting local data center teams with asset collection, maintenance schedules, reporting, and training.

• Setup and maintain site asset data through Hexagon EAM, ensuring asset details are captured to match the digital record.
• Align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application in collaboration with corresponding teams.
• Proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct anomalies, continuously looking for ways to automate and enhance processes.
• Plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences within the organization.

• 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience

• 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 3+ years of construction or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports
• 5+ years working with Hexagon EAM system administration
