Responsibilities:

• Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements in accordance with Meineke's standards.
• Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while handling tools, equipment, and vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs (brakes, suspension, exhaust, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, labor hours, and vehicle conditions to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to communicate vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and costs to customers.
• Uphold commitment to customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing concerns professionally.
• Continuously update skills through training, workshops, and company resources to stay current with industry trends.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive repair experience or technical training preferred.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and uphold quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
