Developer-Full Stack Senior

Our Client, a Real Estate and Financial Services company, is looking for a Developer‑Full Stack Senior for their McLean, VA location.

• Develop and maintain high‑quality web applications using Angular for front‑end and Java for back‑end services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with Angular and Java.
• Proficiency in Angular framework and its core principles.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and experience with EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, Unix Working Knowledge.
• Experience with RDBMS like Oracle, Db2, Sybase, etc.
