Provide customer service to staff, students, parents, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, checking identification and/or credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate check-in process.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations, and maintain visitor logs, badges, and key control as required by location procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify school administration and/or emergency responders according to post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hallways, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.;
Complete reports and documentation for security-related incidents, access denials, and unusual activity, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and site contacts.
