Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Navigator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical-related calls for support, and/or access control concerns;
Monitor access points and interior areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing visitors and managing after-hours entry in accordance with site procedures;
Document and report incidents, observations, hazards, and maintenance concerns using required reporting methods, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
