Security Officer - Flex Armed Rail Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to identify unusual conditions and/or suspicious activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, access control concerns, and requests for assistance from clinical and/or administrative teams;
Monitor and document security-related activity using reports, radios, and electronic systems, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed;
Carry and maintain assigned firearm and equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and applicable laws, and follow post orders regarding use of force, weapon retention, and secure storage
