Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a skilled Journeyman Task Manager for the following task:

Primary responsibilities:
  • Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
  • Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
  • Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
  • Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
  • Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization.
Experience in the following is required:
  • Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.

Experience in the following is desired:

Education and Experience
  • Currently possess an Active TS/SCI w/poly level security clearance is required.
  • No clearance sponsor ships for this position.
  • Requires a BS/BA with 3+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience.
