Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines Client Advisor

Your primary focus is identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients (small, medium, large) leveraging World’s unique niche. While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you also are empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll and human resources outsourcing solutions.

- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts
- Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closing
- Track all sales activities in Hub Spot and leverage Hub Spot to its fullest potential
- Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners. Provide access to traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
- Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business
- Desirable but not mandatory: experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker
- Experience with an insurance agency management software platform (e.g., AMS
360, Epic) and a sales CRM (World uses Hub Spot) - Experience building and presenting client pitch decks
As a World Insurance Client Advisor, compensation is tied to effort and performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions and a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $200,000+. The base salary depends on experience and ability to drive revenue. Your base salary grows as your book of business grows, with tremendous potential to significantly exceed the top of this range.
