• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver a compelling shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing in merchandising.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests; support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; comply with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, engage to solve needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and technology
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of handling cash operations as needed
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments
