BLS (must be AHA)
Scrub and Circulate
2 years experience in Level 1 trauma experience required
Travel experience (at least 1-2 assignments), cannot be first travel assignment
Weekend Requirement
- Sat or Sunday- try not to schedule both days of weekend, 2-3 shifts per 6-week schedule period
Call:
Not required on night shift
Holidays- at least 1 holiday
25 OR Rooms
EMR
- Epic
cases- 60-80 cases per day
Scrubs provided
Weekend
- Usually run 5 to 6 rooms on Saturday and Sunday; all urgent cases on Sunday- 4 rooms, night run 2 OR's
Service Lines:
Ortho including total joints, OTT;
Adults and peds;
General surgery cases;
Robotics; organ transplants (kidney); ENT, Oral/Maxillofacial, Vascular/Thoracic, Urology, Pediatrics. Neonate & pediatric experience is preferred, as well as trauma experience.
