• Lead and supervise a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and performance oversight
• Oversee planning and execution of stakeholder sessions to elicit and validate metadata
• Ensure accurate capture of technical and business‑context metadata and associated regulatory information
• Conduct quality reviews of team outputs and resolve discrepancies with data owners and stewards
• Maintain detailed records of sessions, deliverables, and decisions while ensuring compliance with federal regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 8‑10 years of progressive business analysis experience, including at least 3‑5 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Active Secret security clearance (or eligibility) at the level required for federal access
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques and stakeholder facilitation in regulated environments
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification
• Experience leading business analysis efforts in federal data governance or health IT programs
• Familiarity with data modeling, metadata standards, and quality assurance processes
• Prior supervisory experience managing small teams in distributed or phased project environments
• Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks and stakeholder facilitation in complex organizational settings
