Training Manager – IT Partners, Inc., Falls Church, VA

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager with at least 5 years of experience in training and educational roles. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education. This role involves leadership in development management, identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, designing and managing Information Systems and/or Automated Data Processing subject matter training classes, and implementing various training methods.

• Identify and assess training needs within the organization.
• Create tailored training plans and programs.
• Design and manage Information Systems and/or Automated Data Processing training classes.
• Implement various training methods and monitor their effectiveness.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
• Must have a favorably completed NACI or T1 investigation equivalent, including an FBI fingerprint check, prior to installation access.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training and educational role with a leadership component.

• Information Assurance (IA) certification as specified by DoD 8570.01-M, to be completed within 7 days of task order award.
