• Design, develop and implement efficient solutions that meet the functional & technical requirements and specifications that are extensible and easily maintained
• Independently manage and communicate timelines against established project plans
• Apply a full range of intelligent process automation (IPA) technologies to design and develop automation solutions.
• Partners with clients to review manual processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Perform research and analysis for proposed and existing system applications; identify where changes in technology would improve business efficiencies and decision support models.
• Engage in continuous learning to remain up to date on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.
• Create and modify front-end interface designs coupled with performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation
• Passion for business technology with the ability to engage in a deep conversation on the similarities and differences between core platform engineering/tech and business tech
• Ability to troubleshoot, recover, adjust, modify, improve, and reengineer business systems
• Ability to communicate results accurately and effectively and summarize and report to management
• Ability to work independently and exercise appropriate discretion with a minimum of supervision and produce effective, acceptable results within short time frames.
• Ability to test, debug, and extend automation solutions and tools
• Adapts best practices to design, build, and prototype intermediate automated systems as per the requirement
• Contributes to the realization of significant technical capabilities in the industry by identification, research, software implementation & delivery of technological capability innovation
• Develops in-depth ideas and materials as part of applying technical capabilities to a business solution
• Ensures understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision-makers
• Develops and uses subtle strategies to influence or persuade others, particularly in sensitive or high-pressure situations
• Extends capabilities by working closely with senior team members/experts both within and outside of the internal organization

• Salary Package of 80K TO 100K per month

• Must have basic knowledge of coding for automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, reporting tools, teleconferencing and presentation tools, and Microsoft Project (or equivalent) & Primavera
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Business Automation Method
• Must have extensive knowledge of API Integrations, Webhooks, funnel Automation, and third‑party integration apps like Zapier, Integromat, integratly, etc.
• Technical training course development and instruction experience preferred
• Industrial Automation and Controls experience required
• Profound knowledge of software like Hub Spot, Go high-level, Twilio, Telnyx, etc.
