Title: IT System Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Falls Church, VA – requires 3 days in the office
Clearance: Public Trust
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
Work Day: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities- Provide troubleshooting, user support, and documentation
- Support system monitoring and issue resolution
- Maintain technical records and procedures
- Experience supporting federal IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Service Now / Remedy / Jira ticketing systems
