Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, IT Project Manager

• Lead, manage, and support 2–4 projects as a Project Manager in the PMO office, meeting the internal needs of General Dynamics lines of business and functional areas
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage project budget, risk, schedule, and scope
• Drive positive outcomes through facilitation with the project team by leading consensus‑building discussions
• Utilize our methodology and gates to drive project success while meeting all governance policies

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience: 8+ years of related experience

  Skills:
  
  Managing IT projects through a formal methodology; experience with cross‑functional matrixed teams; familiarity with Smartsheet is a nice to have; strong facilitation, presentation, consensus‑building, vendor and stakeholder relationship management; solid risk and resource management abilities

Salary Range: $107,744 – $140,300 (salary not guaranteed, may vary by experience, location, and contractual terms)
