  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships; facilitate decision-making, expectations management, and clear, consistent communication.
  • Oversee project documentation and artifacts to ensure they are current, traceable, review-ready, and aligned with governance requirements.
  • Support solution lifecycle activities (e.g., design, review, approval) to ensure stakeholder requirements are captured, validated, and delivered.
  • Identify project risks and issues early; design, communicate, and execute mitigation strategies to address roadblocks and delivery threats.
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports for leadership, including risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Apply and continuously improve delivery practices, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, workflow optimization, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate with security, operations, and compliance stakeholders to track remediation activities (e.g., vulnerability resolution, POA&M milestones) and ensure delivery sequencing supports compliance needs.
  • Support vendor and partner coordination where applicable, including performance tracking, quality assurance, and deliverable acceptance.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident able to pass a U.S. Government Public Trust Background Investigation.
