Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME) ADHCA Journeyman with Security Clearance
Subject Matter Expert (SME) ADHCA Journeyman R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with core capabilities in Mission Support, Engineering and Logistics, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, Environmental and Emergency Management, Exercise and Training, and Defense Healthcare in support of our Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian customers. R&K has the opportunity to provide Business Operations and Executive Support Services (BOESS) to the Solution Delivery Division (SDD) within the Defense Health Agency (DHA).
This contract will support the Business Operations within Assistant Director for Health Care Administration (ADHCA) which provides all realms of business support not limited to Military Personnel, Civilian Personnel, Manpower support, and Resource Management in support of the Director for Healthcare Administration, who is directly responsible to the Director, DHA for the execution of the administration and management of health care delivery across all DoD MTF and serves as the sustainment of the medical readiness of the armed forces and the readiness of the medical force within a unified MHS.

Skills and Abilities

(KSA):
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
* Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
* Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
* Proficiency with business process development and improvement.
* 3-5 years' experience in strategic planning.
* Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
