Education/Certification Requirements: BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related technical degree, or 10+ years of Experience. Service Now Certification a Plus.

• Upgrade all instances when Service Now releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments.
• Setting up and configuring Service Now instances, cloning, update sets, API and Restful web services integrations, certificate management, MID-Servers, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation.
• Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists.
• Manage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple Service Now instances.
• Resolve help desk/support tickets for reported incidents or defects.
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Active Service Now CSA.
• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in Service Now systems administration and support.
• Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets.
• Experience configuring mid-servers.
• Experience configuring ACLs, business rules, roles, permissions and groups.
• Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment, including managing update sets, release management, cloning, and family upgrades.
• Triage and managing incident response.
