This position is open to US citizens and requires a Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation. The position requires:
- 8 years of relevant and related experience or 5 years and a Master's Degree
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Prior DoD experience is preferred
Support the Program Manager in planning and leading major information technology assignments and projects. Possess and apply knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments. Evaluate performance results and recommend changes to enhance project growth and success. Function as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Level V performs the most complex independent tasks, thinking, and supervises others.
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Manage a large team including managers and team leads as direct reports. Oversee SLA reporting, status reporting, financial reports, reconciliations, and performance against service level agreements (SLA), adhering to federal requirements such as FISMA/NIST, OMB 130-A, Privacy Act, HIPAA, FAR, DoD standards, and agency standards.
