8 D Pay Rate: $2406.00 - $2480.00

Rad Tech needed asap Holidays are worked into schedule Certs: BLS (must be AHA), ARRT and VA license is required 2 years experience required Misc. Information:
Areas
- Inpatient and Outpatient EMR
- Epic, GE and Phillips Scrubs- provided if assigned to OR, otherwise any color

Floor orientation- 1 week max

Required Qualifications
Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology

Experience:

2 years
Licenses: RAD-VA

Certifications:

BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); R-ARRT(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History:
Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history Requirements: 2 references, 1 w/in past year (most important) & 1 w/in the past 3 years Skills checklist w/in past year Work History- no gaps of more than 30 days- add end dates to all open work history RTO must be included Lic in hand
