Travel RN - ER

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

1 major and 1 minor holiday
Must be willing to take 1-2 on call shift per schedule
5 weekend shifts in 6 week schedule period

Requirements:

• VA License
• 2 Years Experience
• Must have at least level I or II trauma level experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• TNCC and CPI
• EPIC experience and previous travel highly preferred

Other Details:

• Level 1 trauma center - will not take trauma patients but need to have strong ED experience
• 73 rooms + 24 hallways
• Must be willing to float to one of the offsite ED's.
• We are stroke, stemi, and trauma.
• We do not hold psych patients – we medically clear them and they are admitted.
• We do use sitters for suicidal patients.
• We do have security in the ED
• We do not have a separate fast track area. They are seen in the non-acute side of the ED.
• We see about 350 patients a day.
