Review Assistant - SCA

Employer Industry: Healthcare Services

• Provide primary non-clinical program support, including provider training, customer service, and authorization preparation
• Review patient records for completeness and identify cases requiring additional information
• Process and document case discharges accurately and promptly
• Act as a liaison with internal and external customers to facilitate the review process
• Uphold medical records confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative or records management
• 2-3 years in an administrative support or customer service position, preferably in healthcare
• Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience in medical, behavioral, or social/support settings
• Familiarity with office environments and business processes

• Understanding of a customer service approach tailored for medical provider stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience in staff and provider training, with public speaking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Excel
• Willingness to learn the Atrezzo application and assist with technical issues
