Job Description
Saint James Catholic School in Falls Church, VA has an immediate opening for a part time Special Education Teacher (30 hours) for the remainder of the academic year.
As we work to expand our Inclusion program, we are looking for a teacher to do the following:
- modify curriculum for students with intellectual disabilities
- train and coordinate middle school peer mentors
- pull small groups for instructional support in grades K-5
- be part of an amazing Resource team
Applicants should have:
- a degree in Special Education or significant coursework in Special Education
- 1 or more years of teaching experience with Special Education students
