Description

Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring project is delivered to client on schedule and budget. Responsible for managing relationships with owner, vendors, subs and colleagues. Monarc specializes in both new construction and interior renovations—embassies, multi‑family, commercial and interior fit‑outs. They have a hospital and a school project coming up.

• 5-15 years of GC Superintendent experience in commercial construction - new construction, interiors, multi-family, etc. 5+ years in the construction industry with a proven track record going from Asst. Super to Superintendent role. Willingness to come into the office for meetings as often as needed. Must have experience client facing and potential contacts in the industry as a plus. Ability to train and develop.
  
  Not afraid to roll up sleeves and do work and able to put out fires in timely and professional manner.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Falls Church, VA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $56.00/hr.
