Job DescriptionThis role involves ensuring the profitability and timely delivery of projects while building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors. The focus is on both new construction and interior renovations, including embassies, multifamily buildings, and commercial fit‑outs.
Responsibilities- Liaise effectively between the owner, design team, and subcontractors.
- Ensure and confirm that trade scopes of work are clear and accurate.
- Accurately forecast project profitability.
- Coordinate directly with supervisors on manpower needs, scopes of work, and work sequences.
- Produce detailed project schedules.
- Administer contract obligations effectively.
- Ensure subcontractors are paid on time for work completed.
- Coach and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Experience in project management, construction, and construction management.
- Strong communication skills to interact with subcontractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs and Building Connected Pro Software.
- Ability to manage change orders and RFIs in commercial construction.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office software.
