Operate forklifts and handle merchandise and inventories in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Work collaboratively with managers, coworkers, and customers to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and improve processes. Engage with members, assist with technology, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. Adhere to Walmart values of integrity, respect, and excellence in all responsibilities.

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently following company standards; pick, move, place, and position merchandise and pallets.
• Collate and organize merchandise from distribution centers, manage inventory flow, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, addressing needs, and offering support for self‑service technology.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe conditions per policies.
• Maintain sales floor, merchandising presentation, and promotional displays; remove damaged or out‑of‑date goods.
• Assist in club pick‑up orders, ensuring correct staging and accurate picking.
• Track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and manage shrinkage using inventory tools.
• Proactively identify and resolve technology service needs for customers.
• Build strong team relationships, mentor peers, and communicate with energy and positivity.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
