Position: PROGRAM ANALYST

Position Description

Serve as the PMA-205 Advanced Programs Site Lead for the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC) Campus, located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV.

Responsibilities

Lead an on-site technical team in the operation, maintenance and sustainment of advanced simulation and training systems.
Act as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and oversee vendor performance on service contracts by authorizing work, setting priorities, and validating payments.
Serve as the primary liaison to senior leadership, providing expert briefings on program status, risks, and strategic plans.
Manage the program budget, develop long-term funding forecasts, and provide input for annual financial planning cycles.
Direct the integration and testing of new technologies and system upgrades, ensuring they meet all operational and security requirements.
