Position: Maintenance Worker FT w/Benefits

Eligible for a $1200.00 sign-on bonus (must meet eligibility requirements).

A Typical Day Might Include:

• Making basic plumbing repairs
• Routine maintenance for washers and dryers
• HVAC system maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:

General

Experience:

One year of experience involving maintenance practices for buildings, grounds, fixtures, or equipment.

Substitution of Education for

Experience:

One year of high school education may substitute for 3 months of general maintenance experience, up to a High School Diploma or GED for one year of experience.

Specialized

Experience:

One year of general maintenance work involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical repairs.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tiring or uncomfortable positions. Frequently lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
