Join our expanding therapy team as a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist, with potential relocation assistance.
OverviewOur mission is to create a great place to work and live by enhancing residents' communication and swallowing abilities through speech therapy interventions. The SLP assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech and language disorders to improve quality of life.
Responsibilities- Providing individualized speech therapy assessments and treatments
- Developing and revising care plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance
- Supporting resident dignity and privacy
- Participating in continuing education and implementing new techniques
- Overseeing referrals and coordinating care
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
- Prior therapy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic health records
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform essential tasks and cope with emotional stress
- Willingness to follow policies, laws, and participate in professional development
- Pay: $48.00 - $58.00/hour
- 30-40 hours/week
