Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details

Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.

Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.

Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes:
Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1).

No background hits accepted.

Scheduled days and shift start/end times will vary.

All candidates must be willing to float to other units and some facilities require floating to sister sites (please see the Banner Program document for details).

Candidates are not allowed RTO in the first week of their assignment (more than 5 days in one week will require a 14-week assignment).

CPI/Avade. CPI can be obtained on-site.

Nursys required.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
