Team Health is excited to offer a full-time position for a dedicated emergency medicine (EM) physician at our state-of-the-art emergency department in Fallon, Nevada. Our ED underwent significant renovations in late 2018, doubling in size to enhance patient privacy, reduce wait times, and provide improved room accommodations. Key Details:

* Facility: 16-bed emergency department

* Volume:
Approximately 18,000 visits annually

Staffing:

* Full physician coverage

* 12 hours of physician assistant coverage daily

* Admission Rate: 8-10%

* Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Cerner

* Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

* Board certified or board eligible in emergency medicine or board certified or board eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with a minimum of 2 years of EM experience

Certifications

Required:

* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

* Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
