Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen individuals entering the location by verifying identification, confirming authorization for access, and directing visitors and employees to check-in;
Operate and/or monitor entry screening measures such as walk-through screening, bag inspections, package checks, and visitor management systems;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns;
Monitor designated access points and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a professional lobby and screening area
