Residential Nursing - Part Time (Mornings)

LPN and RN positions available in Fall River and surrounding communities. Pay rates:

• LPN Part/Full Time: $34.75/hr

• LPN Per Diem: $30.50/hr

• RN Part/Full Time: $41.25/hr

• RN Per Diem: $38.00/hr

• LPN Weekend Warrior: $40.25/hr (Saturday/Sunday 12pm-7pm)

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday 12pm–7pm. No weekend duty for other shifts. 4 weeks of at‑home time.

Low nurse‑to‑individual ratio: 5 individuals per house with 4 weeks of on‑call time.

• Provide a structured routine, including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution while respecting human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as outlined in each Individual Service Plan.
• Use de‑escalation and crisis‑management techniques when needed to maintain safety.

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• Qualified criminal background check and valid driver’s license.
• Tuberculosis screening and physical at hire; TB update every two years thereafter.
