We are searching for a talented RN for the CV Step‑Down Department.

• $12,000 New Hire Sign‑On for 3+ years of RN experience
• $10,000 New Hire Sign‑On for 1‑3 years of RN experience
• $7,500 New Hire Sign‑On for less than 1 year of RN experience

Under direction of the Manager of Patient Services or designee of the assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the assigned patient care unit. Provide care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required
• Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Three months of experience is preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19, or be exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

USD $40.74 – $73.18 per hour.
