Summary
The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. The RN participates in activities to achieve clinical, financial and organizational outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program.
- Provide age- and culturally specific care to the population served.
- Analyze data, synthesize and summarize information, and make judgments regarding patient care.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN strongly preferred).
- MA RN license and BLS required (some departments require ACLS or PALS).
$35.00 – $70.00
