Registered Nurse - Full Time - Adult Day Health

We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Adult Day Health program at Bridgeview ADH. One full‑time position (40 hours per week) available.

$1000 Signing Bonus

Bridgeview ADH is an Adult Day Health program dedicated to supporting participants in building friendships, exploring new interests, and maintaining independence in the community. The Registered Nurse will oversee direct care, partner with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans promoting social‑emotional and physical health.

• Oversee direct care provided by staff.
• Partner with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide hands‑on skilled care in structured medical setting.
• Collaborate to promote social‑emotional and physical health of participants.

• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts; good standing with Board of Registration.
• At least two (2) years of recent direct care experience with elderly or chronically disabled persons (e.g., LPN, CNA, HHA, Program Aide).
• Experience in direct care of the elderly or chronically disabled persons.

Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., hourly rate $32.
