Description

Avance Cabinetry delivers quality materials and pristine finishes for cabinetry that is functional & purposeful utilizing an advanced manufacturing process for efficiency and traditional woodworking methods for stability and craftsmanship. We are seeking a full time, experienced CEFLA Industrial Spray Painter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the paint line machinery to ensure high-quality coatings and finishes to wood cabinetry and other wood products.

This role requires precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of various spraying techniques and materials.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial spray paint machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the paint line equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Conduct paint viscosity and thickness tests as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and SOP’s.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience operating industrial paint machinery or similar equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to closely follow standard operating procedures.
  • Experience testing paint viscosity and thickness preferred, but willing to teach.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus
