Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:50 AM - 3:25 PM

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. • Prior experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Technical or vocational training a plus but not required
• Welding experience is a plus
• Forklift certification required; crane certification a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Assemble steel cable products in a production and warehouse environment
• Operate production machinery used for processing and finishing steel cable ends
• Produce cable end connections according to customer specifications
• Accurately measure and cut steel cables to required lengths
• Wind, package, and prepare finished products for safe transportation
• Follow all safety procedures, including required PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
