About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong background in legal writing
. This role is focused on handling complex legal research, case preparation, and drafting essential legal documents
. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to the team.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on complex immigration matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and team members.
- Prepare and draft comprehensive legal documents including motions, petitions, briefs, and other case filings.
- Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and develop tailored legal strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law.
- Strong expertise in legal research and writing.
- Ability to draft persuasive and well-structured legal arguments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency (preferred).
Monday to Friday
Hybrid Remote – Must Relocate to Fall River, MA before starting work
