• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

• Doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Physical Therapy experience; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Additional certifications or licenses may be required for this position

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, examinations, and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate specialized equipment and modalities safely, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration
• Assess progress, adjust plans, and accurately document evaluations and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention
• Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home settings
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication
• English language reading, writing, and communication proficiency
• Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions; proficient in PC skills
• Physical Abilities – maintain stationary positions, move equipment (50‑100lbs), push, pull, bend
• Interpersonal Skills – work effectively with diverse personnel while presenting a positive attitude
• Technical/Motor Skills – grasp, manipulate, push/pull, and assist with procedures or equipment
• Mental Requirements – cope with public interaction, meet deadlines under pressure, work independently or with minimal supervision, handle irregular schedules, maintain concentration
• Sensory – visual acuity and effective communication
