Direct Care Professionals - Full Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour. $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment).

Schedule:

Saturday 9am-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm.

• Compassionate and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; personal vehicle use
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of outings include:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling
