Direct Care Professionals Part Time Evenings

$20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

Sunday 9am-5pm, Thursday 4pm-8pm, Friday 4pm-8pm.

2nd and 3rd Shifts Available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of outings include:

• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling
