Health First Family Care Center, Inc
. “The Heart of Our Community” provides comprehensive services including adult/pediatric medical care, health education, health assessment and screenings, gynecology, cardiology, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and adult/pediatric dental care.
Under the general direction of the CHRO and dotted line to the COO, the YHAC/PM Coordinator role will be a 50/50 split between YHAC and project management/grant support. The position leads the YHAC by recruiting and mentoring students, facilitating meetings, and guiding youth‑led health projects. Coordinates the YHAC calendar of workshops and trainings on adolescent health, public health careers, and wellness topics in partnership with school staff, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
The role also builds strong relationships with high schools, manages scholarship opportunities, and develops internship placements within the organization.
A major portion of the job involves grant support and compliance. Tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring programs align with grant requirements. The role also evaluates program effectiveness through data collection, metrics tracking, and outcome reporting to continuously improve youth programming.
Schedule8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Range$28.25 – $34.03 per hour*
The pay range represents Health First’s good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and budget considerations. Candidates with less direct experience may be placed at the lower end of the range, while those with more significant or specialized experience may be considered at the higher end.
